Session: How Will They Really Know the Word?

Description: Did you know that research has shown us that telling a story 5 times to someone else makes the content of that story more concrete in the “teller’s” life than simply hearing someone else talk about a topic?  Why is it that teens don’t know God’s Word?  Because they only keep hearing someone else talk about it and frankly, they don’t care.  This workshop will help you learn how to be a more effective “Bibleteller” and in turn get your kids to be “tellers” of God’s Word.  By telling and re-telling there is better theological life changing results.  Have you heard of what’s happening at Angola Prison?  Learn about the power of Oral Tradition.
